Microsoft Teams - Sign out of Teams Yealink Phone
This document provides an overview of how to sign out of a Yealink Teams Phone
Issue: Teams Phone will not ring or not behaving properly.
Environment: Desktop Teams Yealink Phone
Resolution: User needs to sign out and back into Teams on Yealink Phone
- Click on the user avatar icon in the upper section of the screen on the Teams Phone.
- Click on settings from the menu that is shown.
- Scroll down and click on Sign Out on the Settings menu.
- Sign back into the phone using instructions in https://kb.siue.edu/105639
Cause: User has changed password or login has expired on phone.
