Zoom (Faculty) - Category: Update Zoom
This document provides an overview of how to check for your version of Zoom and how to update if it is not.
Zoom is updating it's software on a regular basis with important security items as well as updates to features. To make sure you have the most current version, check for updates on a weekly basis.
From your Zoom Desktop Client (App)
1. Open the Zoom app on your desktop.
2. Click on your image or icon in the upper right corner. From the menu, click on Check for Updates.
3a. If an update is needed, the version will appear. Click Update.
3b. If you don't need the update, click the Close button.
From the Webpage
1. Go to: https://zoom.us/download
2. Click the Download button and follow the instructions on the screen.
