TechSmith Knowmia (Relay): Change User Role (Admins only)
This article explains how to change the role of a user if the user does not see the "Share" button on the videos
If a user does not see the "Share" button on any of their Knowmia videos, and they are the owners of the videos, it may be because their role is Viewer, rather than Creator.
1. Log into TechSmith Knowmia at https://siue.techsmithrelay.com.
2. Click on the Site Admin tab.
3. Click on Users in the menu to the left.
4. Enter the user's e-ID/email in the search box.
5. Check the box next to the users name
6. Confirm that "Assign Roles" is in the drop-down box and click Apply.
7. Check the box for "Creator" and click Apply Changes.
8. Confirm that their role is Creator.
