Getting error message when connecting to v-lab from windows computer: There was a problem connecting to the remote resource
Below is the error message that this article addresses (Windows)
If you're getting this error message there are several possible fixes
- Check to make sure the credentials are being correctly input "campus\e-id"
- Make sure you have the Microsoft Authenticator app installed and setup on your phone. V-Lab will not work with text or phone call two factor authentication.
- Restart the computer
- Try resetting E-ID password at siue.edu/eid
