YuJa (All Users) - Restore Deleted Media Files

This article gives instructions on how to restore a deleted media files in YuJa.

Deleted media files will remain in the Recycle bin for 60 days. After 60 days, the files will not be in the system and cannot be restored.

  1. Click on the "My Account" icon in the upper right corner.  Then click on My Account in the menu.

  2. Hover your mouse over the left menu bar and click on the Recycle Bin.

  3. The media thumbnail will indicate how long the media has been in the recycle bin.

  4. Locate the video to be restored. Hover your mouse over the video and click Restore from the menu.

  5. The video will be restored in the folder that it was originally deleted from.
