YuJa (All Users) - Restore Deleted Media Files

This article gives instructions on how to restore a deleted media files in YuJa.

Deleted media files will remain in the Recycle bin for 60 days. After 60 days, the files will not be in the system and cannot be restored.

  1. Click on the circle icon with your initial in it in the upper right corner.  Then click on My Account in the menu.

  2. Hover your mouse over the left menu bar and click on the Recycle Bin.

  3. The date of the video was deleted is listed under the video's title. Click on the three dots on the right-hand side to reveal a dropdown menu. Click Restore to move the video from your recycle bin.

  4. The video will be restored in the folder that it was originally deleted from.
