YuJa (All Users) - Restore Deleted Media Files

This article gives instructions on how to restore a deleted media files in YuJa.

Deleted media files will remain in the Recycle bin for 60 days. After 60 days, the files will not be in the system and cannot be restored.

  1. Click the circle icon with your initial in it in the upper-right corner.  Then, select My Account in the menu.

  2. Hover the mouse over the left menu bar and select Recycle Bin.

  3. The delete date is listed under the video's title. Click the three dots on the right to reveal a drop-down menu. Select Restore to move the video from the recycle bin.

  4. The video will be restored in the folder that it was originally deleted from.
