YuJa (All Users) - Customize Email Notifications
This article gives instructions on how to customize email notifications in YuJa.
- Hover over the person icon. Click My Account in the menu.
- Hover your mouse over the menu and click Notifications.
- Select the following settings:
- Offline IM Update: select Every 1 hour, Every 3 hours, Daily, or Never.
- Desktop Notifications: select Disable, Hide after a set period (fill in the time in the box below), or Display Until Dismissed.
- Email Configuration: Recommended: Auto Captioning Failed, Failed Ingestion Alert, and Ready Auto Caption.
The remaining notifications are associated with options SIUE does not license.
Click Save at the bottom of the page to complete.
