Blackboard (Faculty) - Turnitin: Delete Student Papers from Turnitin's Respository
This document provides an overview of how to request a student paper be deleted in Turnitin
Downloading students' papers is a good practice, especially at the end of the semester, to preserve the grading record offline.
Access Turnitin Assignment Inbox
- Navigate to the Coursework area and folder where the assignment link resides.
- Click on the Turnitin Assignment link. The Student Submission page will open.
Request to Delete an Individual Paper
- Click on the three dots in the student's row. Select Request deletion.
- From the pop-up window, select the reason for deletion.
Click the check-box acknowledging that the file cannot be recovered.
Click Request Permanent Deletion.
