Outlook - Add an SIUE signature
Outlook for Web
1. Choose the signature you would like to use as your template from the following options:
Email Signature Line Basic
Email Signature Line with Initiative
Email Signature Cougar Head Basic
Email Signature Cougar Head with Initiative
2. Click the template link below and copy your chosen signature by selecting all text (you can use Ctrl+A on a Windows computer or Command+A on a Mac) and then copy it to your clipboard.

3. Login to Outlook for the Web
- Open your web browser and navigate to Outlook for the Web: https://outlook.office.com.
- Log in with your SIUE email address and password.
4. Access Email Settings
- Click on the "Settings" icon in the upper-right corner.
- Click "Mail" in the far left column.
- Click "Compose and reply" in the middle column.
5. Edit signature
- Paste the signature you choose in "Email signature" section.
- Edit the template to include your personal information (name, title, email address, etc.).
6. Save Your Signature
- After editing your signature, click the "Save" button to save your changes.
Outlook for Windows
1. Choose the signature you would like to use as your template from the following options:

Email Signature Cougar Head Basic
Email Signature Cougar Head with Initiative

3. Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
4. Access Signature Settings
- Click on "File" in the top-left corner.
- Select "Options" from the menu.
- In the Outlook Options dialog box, click on "Mail" in the left sidebar.
- To the right of "Create or Modify signatures for messages" choose "Signatures"
5. Edit signature
- Paste the signature you chose in the "Email signature" section.
- Edit the template to include your personal information (name, title, email address, etc.).
6. Save Your Signature
- Click "OK" to save your changes and close the dialog box.
Outlook for Mac
1. Choose the signature you would like to use as your template from the following options:

3. Open Microsoft Outlook on your Mac.
4. Access Signature Settings
- Click on "Outlook" from the top menu.
- Select "Settings" from the menu.
- In the Settings dialog box, click on "Signatures".
- Click the + button to create a new signature.
5. Edit signature
- Paste the signature you chose in the dialogue box.
- Edit the template to include your personal information (name, title, email address, etc.).
6. Save Your Signature
- When you close the dialogue box you will be prompted to save.
