This article explains how instructors can view student attendance records within the Blackboard Ultra Gradebook.
Accessing Attendance Records in the Gradebook
In Blackboard Ultra, the attendance column in added automatically to the Gradebook in the attendance column. To view student attendance records in Blackboard Ultra through the Gradebook, follow these steps:
- Open your Blackboard Ultra course.
- In the course navigation menu, click Gradebook.
- Once in the Gradebook, select Gradable Items.
- In Gradable items, locate the Attendance item in the first column.
- To view a specific student, click on the Attendance item to open the roster. Then select the specific student from the roster to view their specific attendance record.
