This article explains how instructors can delete a discussion in Blackboard Ultra.

Deleting a Discussion

Instructors can delete a discussion in Blackboard Ultra.

  1. Navigate to the course in Blackboard Ultra.
  2. In the Discussions tab, locate the Discussion to delete, and then click the ellipses (...).

  3. Click Delete.

  4. A confirmation message will appear. Click Delete to confirm.

Important Considerations

  • Deleting a thread removes all posts and replies within that thread.
  • This action is irreversible. Once a thread is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
