Blackboard Ultra (Faculty) - Gradebook: Show Hidden Rows (Show Hidden Student)

This article explains how faculty can show hidden rows, also known as showing hidden students, within the Blackboard Ultra Gradebook.

Showing Hidden Rows in the Gradebook

Instructors may want to view students previously hidden from the gradebook. These steps will make those rows visible again.

  1. From the main course page, click on the Gradebook icon located in the top menu.
  2. In the gradebook, click on the Settings icon. It looks like a gear, located on the right-hand side of the screen.

  3. Scroll down to Students Visibility link in the settings panel that appears on the right.
  4. The option to "Hide Students in the gradebook who no longer have access to the course" can be toggled off if it was on.
