Blackboard Ultra (Faculty) - Gradebook: Upload Grades from Excel to Gradebook

This article explains how faculty can upload grades from an Excel spreadsheet (or CSV file) into the Blackboard Ultra Gradebook.

To upload a correctly formatted file, first expand the instructions below to download your Gradebook. Then, edit that spreadsheet file with the grade data you want to upload and save it.

  1. Navigate to the Gradebook in your Blackboard Ultra course.
  2. In the top right corner of the Gradebook, click the Download icon (arrow pointing downwards).
