How to Connect to Shared Drives from Managed Apple Computers on campus (iMac and Macbook for macOS 26 Tahoe or newer)

1. Select Finder
   
2. On the menu Bar, select Go
   
   
3. Click Connect to Server 
   
   
4. Enter smb://deptdfs.siue.edu/department$ or smb://campus.siue.edu/Share in the Server Address field (depending on where your shared directory is located).
   
   
5. Enter your E-ID and password when prompted
