How to Remove NoMAD from SIUE managed Apple computers (iMac and Macbook for macOS 26 Tahoe or newer)
NoMAD to Platform SSO Process
- Open the Self Service app from the Menu bar or Applications Folder

- Inside the “Featured Content” Section click “Start” next to Remove NoMAD

- Review the Information before starting and click Start. This process will take about 10 minutes.

- After the process has completed and the system has rebooted, login to the device.
A “Registration Required” notification will appear. Hover over it with your cursor and click Register.

- Single Sign-On for mac will appear. Click Continue

- Enter your Mac Login Password.

- User your SIUE email address and Password to “Register your device with Microsoft Entra.

- An additional window titled “Sign in to Jamf Conditional Access with single sign-on. Select your account from the list and click Continue

- Enter your SIUE E-ID password into the final box.

- If you would like to verify the success of the process navigate to System Settings > User & Groups and click the small I symbol. You should see Registration and Tokens with Green circles.
