How to Remove NoMAD from SIUE managed Apple computers (iMac and Macbook for macOS 26 Tahoe or newer)

NoMAD to Platform SSO Process

  1. Open the Self Service app from the Menu bar or Applications Folder

  2. Inside the “Featured Content” Section click “Start” next to Remove NoMAD

  3. Review the Information before starting and click Start. This process will take about 10 minutes. Remove NoMAD information

  4. After the process has completed and the system has rebooted, login to the device.
    A “Registration Required” notification will appear. Hover over it with your cursor and click Register.

  5. Single Sign-On for mac will appear. Click Continue

  6. Enter your Mac Login Password.

  7. User your SIUE email address and Password to “Register your device with Microsoft Entra.

  8. An additional window titled “Sign in to Jamf Conditional Access with single sign-on. Select your account from the list and click ContinueSign in to JAMF

  9. Enter your SIUE E-ID password into the final box.

  10. If you would like to verify the success of the process navigate to System Settings > User & Groups and click the small I symbol. You should see Registration and Tokens with Green circles.Confirm PSSO success
