Blackboard Evaluate (Faculty) - Downloading and Saving Course Evaluation Reports

Faculty can download and save their Anthology course evaluation reports as PDFs before the system transitions to Blackboard Evaluate.

Before You Begin

SIUE is transitioning from Anthology Course Evaluations to Blackboard Evaluate. Download any course evaluation reports you want to keep for annual reviews, promotion and tenure dossiers, accreditation activities, or personal records. Recommended reports to save:

  • Course Evaluation Summary Reports
  • Individual Course Reports
  • Student Comment Reports
  • Trend Analysis Reports
  • Any reports previously used for annual reviews, promotion and tenure, or accreditation documentation

Save a Report as a PDF (Recommended)

  1. Log in to the Anthology Course Evaluations faculty portal.
  2. Locate the Course Evaluations Summary Report.
  3. Select the evaluation term you want.
  4. Click the report you wish to review.
  5. Click the Print button in the upper-right corner of the report page.
  6. In the print dialog, select Save as PDF (Chrome/Edge) or Microsoft Print to PDF (Windows).
  7. Click Save, choose a location on your computer, and save the file.

Suggested File Naming

Use a consistent naming pattern so reports are easier to find later:

CourseEval_Term_CourseNumber_Year.pdf

Example: CourseEval_IS101_Fall2025.pdf

Download Multiple Reports

Repeat the PDF export process for each academic term, course section, Trend Analysis report, and any special reports used for review processes. Organize the files in a dedicated folder structure:

  • Course Evaluations
    • Fall 2024
    • Spring 2025
    • Fall 2025
    • Spring 2026

Accessing Trend Analysis Reports

If available to you:

  1. Log in to the Faculty Experience.
  2. Select Trends Analysis from the navigation menu.
  3. Review longitudinal results across terms.
  4. Use the Print function to save the report as a PDF.

For Department Chairs and Administrators

If you have administrative reporting permissions, you may also have access to additional reporting tools and export options.

  1. Navigate to Reporting or Faculty Reports.
  2. Select the appropriate evaluation period.
  3. Open the desired report.
  4. Export the report in PDF, Excel, or CSV format where permitted.

Verify Your Saved Reports

  • Open each PDF to confirm it displays properly.
  • Check that student comments are included when expected.
  • Verify that all terms and courses you want to keep have been saved.
  • Store copies in OneDrive or another approved university storage location for backup.

Important

Complete any desired downloads before Anthology Course Evaluations is decommissioned. Access to historical reports may be limited or unavailable after the transition to Blackboard Evaluate.
