Blackboard (Students) - Discussion Boards: Subscribe to a Forum

This document provides an overview of how to subscribe to a discussion board forum.

If your instructor has allowed for subscriptions to a forum, you can click a button and subscribe to the forum and receive an alert via email when new posts are made to that forum.

  1. If the subscribe feature has been enabled, you will see the Subscribe button after you enter the forum.

  2. Click the Subscribe button to receive email updates for the forum. The Subscribe button now becomes Unsubscribe. To unsubscribe, click the Unsubscribe button.
