1. In Blackboard, when uploading a file, you may get the following message.

2. This error is a result of Internet Explorer being an unsupported browser by Blackboard. To resolve this error, please download and use a Blackboard supported browser, preferably the Firefox browser download here, or alternatively, the Google Chrome browser download here.
