Overview for when a user calls and wants to obtain a PBN (Personal Billing Number) or off campus call out code,
Requesting a PBN / Off-Campus Calling Code
To request a Personal Billing Number (PBN) or off-campus calling code, you can either submit a Tikit request or complete the ITS Network & Infrastructure Service Requisition Form.
⚠️ Important: Please wait until the employee has officially started their employment before submitting the request.
Required Information
Before submitting, ensure you have the following employee details:
- Full Name
- 800 ID Number
- SIUE Email Address
Submission Methods
- Option 1: Tikit Request – Submit a ticket online with the required employee information.
- Option 2: Service Requisition Form – Download the form from the ITS Network & Infrastructure Page.
- Note: The form must be signed by the fiscal officer.
- Email the completed and signed form to NIRequests@siue.edu.
