This is an overview of FileDrop service used to send/receive large secure files to off/on campus recipients.
File drop login and file send

- log in with SSO
- The Max file size is 1000mb or 1 gb.
- Requests for these features or increased max file size should be sent to help@siue.edu
At the login page type in your full email:
Enter SIUE password:
Login using the SSO login (for faculty and staff only) option:
If you are not faculty or staff you will click the Login button to the right of the password box
Files can be no larger than 1000mb or 1Gb:
Enter the email address you want to receive the files:
Enter in the subject of the email:
Enter in the message you want the recipient to see:
You can drag and drop the files into the drop files here box or select the green box and navigate to them:
Content uploaded to filedrop is stored on the server for two weeks, then deleted. This means recipients have two weeks to download any file(s).
