Office 365 Outlook - Open or Save an E-mail Attachment
This document provides an overview of how to open or save an e-mail attachment in the Outlook Web App and Desktop App.
Outlook Web App
1. Navigate to outlook.office.com
2. Login and select the email with the desired attachments
3. Click the drop-down on the attachment

4. You can choose to view the attachment, save to Microsoft Onedrive, or save the attachment locally

Outlook Desktop App
1. Open the Outlook desktop app, and select the email with the desired attachments
2. Select the drop-down icon

3. You can then choose to open or save the attachment
