The Home Page is the first page that students see when they first enter your course. By default, the home page is the Announcements page.

Changing the Home Page

There may come a time when you wish to change the homepage. For example, if you do not wish to use the Announcements page, you can set another tool or Content Area as your home page.

To change the home page:

1. From the Control Panel, click Customization, then click on Teaching Style.
2. Scroll down to the section "Select Course Entry Point."
3. From the drop-down menu, click the tool or area that you wish to be the Home Page.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Submit at the bottom of the page.
