Blackboard (All Users) - I cannot see the menu in Blackboard on a mobile browser

This document provides an overview of how to view the Blackboard menu in a mobile browser.

When a Blackboard course is accessed on a mobile browser, the menu’s default position is collapsed and is shown as an arrow near the top of the screen.

Open

Tap the arrow to open the navigation menu.

Close

Once the menu is opened, click the X to close the menu.
