Process to turn off Conversation View in Office 365 Outlook Web App

This document provides an overview of the process to turn off Conversation view in OWA.

  1. To turn off "Conversation View" mode in the Outlook Web App
    1. In the Outlook Web App, select the settings gear in the upper right corner
    2. Under the Conversation View heading, select off
    3. Messages will no longer by grouped together after this setting is changed.
