Microsoft Teams - Off-Campus Calling
How to call a number off-campus number using Microsoft Teams.
To dial an off-campus number from Teams, go to Calls 
, click Dial a number, and then enter the 10 digit number (618-650-5500) of the person you want to reach.

Once the 10 digit number has been dialed, a stutter tone followed by a dial tone can be heard. This dial tone is the signal for your campus given 7 digit call-out code (PBN) to be entered. The call will be completed after the code has been entered and you will hear ringing.
