YuJa (Faculty) - Deploy a YuJa Video to Record Analytics in Blackboard Ultra

This article explains how to add a YuJa video to Blackboard Ultra to record analytics. Note that this method ensures more accurate video analytics but does not have a Gradebook connection.

  1. Navigate to the Course Content area of your Blackboard Ultra course and click the purple plus sign in the module or folder where you would like to add the YuJa video. Choose Content Market.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the Content Market and choose YuJa Video Quizzes and Analytics.

  3. From the Media Chooser, select the Media tab and then scroll to locate the video you want to add to the course.

  4. Select the video and choose Insert Content.

  5. The video will appear in the Content area as a link with the YuJa logo next to it, but this uses the Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) feature to report back to YuJa. Click the ellipsis next to the video title if you want to rename the link or add some descriptive text.
