Email notifications are disabled by default globally. Individuals can customize the types of emails they want to receive. 

1. To customize email and notification settings, click on your Name in the menu to enter the Profile area.
   
   
2. Under System Settings, click on Email Notifications.
   
   
3. Check or uncheck the settings as you want.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Save at the bottom of the panel.
