Blackboard (Students) - Tests and Surveys: Resetting a Test Attempt
If you experience problems while taking a test, quiz, or survey that prevents you from completing or re-opening it, contact your instructor immediately. If you receive an error message, write it down exactly, taking note of the date and time, the browser you were using, and details of what you were doing at the time the error occurred.
This document provides an overview of steps to take in case of technical issues while taking a test.
Please note that ITS staff cannot reset an attempt for a test or quiz. Only your instructor can reset attempts.
