Make requests approximately 2 weeks in advance of when the Student Evaluations of Teaching (SETs) should be available to students. ITS does not want to process requests too early, as it may lead to students who drop or withdraw being included in the evaluations.

Send SET requests for courses taught in 8-week format in first part of the semester separately from requests for full 16 week courses and/or courses taught in second 8-weeks of the semester. Requests for courses taught in second 8-weeks or for 16 weeks can be submitted together.
