Blackboard (Faculty) - Known Issue: Instructors Get Stuck in Student Preview with Zoom Session Tool

This document provides an overview of Student Preview with the Zoom Session tool.

Instructors who use Student Preview to view the Zoom Session tool will get experience issues when attempting to exit Student Preview mode. The Zoom Session tool screen will continue to be viewed in front of the Blackboard course information. If this happens, close your browser and reopen a new window.
