Blackboard (Faculty) - Turnitin Assignments: Manually Upload a Paper
This document provides an overview of how to manually upload a paper to Turnitin. These steps are helpful in cases where the instructor wants to submit a paper to Turnitin on the students' behalf. For example, if students email instructors a copy of their paper instead of uploading it to Turnitin, or in cases where an instructor wants Turnitin to generate a Similarity Report on a specific paper or set of papers, the instructor can submit it manually.

- Click on the Turnitin Assignment link. The Assignment Inbox will open.
- Click on the three Options dots in the student's row. Then click on Upload in the menu.
- Add a title for the Paper
Click the Browse button and select the paper from your computer.
Click Upload and Review. - Review the paper. Click Submit to Turnitin when ready.
- A Submission Complete page will appear. Click the X in the upper right corner to close the window.
