Blackboard (Students) - Turnitin: Viewing Instructor Feedback
Turnitin is an intellectual property verification tool that includes features for grading and reviewing student assignments. As a plagiarism checker, Turnitin: flags text that has been identified as closely matching other online resources, including student-submitted work and published articles; displays possible sources where that text is located; and indicates the percentage of a paper that is attributable to other sources.
This document describes how to see your professor's feedback/comments on a Turnitin assignment.
1. Go to the submitted paper by either clicking My Grades in the left-hand course menu or clicking the Turnitin assignment link is located in your course.

2. Click on the title of your submitted paper to view.
3. After you open your paper, click the blue and white comment bubble icon on the right side of the screen to show the comment layer.
4. Click the red bar icon to show the originality report.
5. Now you should see feedback appear throughout your paper. The feedback may appear as text on screen or as blue and white comment icons. Feedback shown under the comment icon can be opened by clicking on the icon. There might be additional feedback on the right-hand side of the screen under "Instructor Feedback."
