Zoom: Invite Others to Join a Meeting (Faculty & Students)
This document provides an overview of inviting people to join your Zoom meeting.
Zoom updates it's software on a regular basis with important
security items as well as updates to features. To make sure you have the
most current
version, check for updates.
- In an open Zoom meeting, click the info icon (green sheild) at the top left corner of the screen.
- Click Copy URL to copy a link to the meeting that you can share with others.
- If you would rather schedule a meeting in advance and send a pre-formatted invitation, follow these steps.
